Handraise is preparing broader access. Join the waiting list to hear when accounts open. The intended onboarding flow verifies your email and lets you confirm or skip a business profile. The dashboard then shows the tools available to your organisation. Each tool explains its inputs, credit cost, and output before you start a run.

Credits are shared across the tools in your organisation. Your billing page shows available and reserved credits, the current plan, top-up options, and billing history. A failed video render does not consume its held credits.

No. Handraise generates and publishes the work. You review it, copy the link or result, and decide whether and how to share it from your own account. Handraise has no customer outreach send path.

Open Billing in the Handraise app. You can choose a paid plan, buy a one-off credit pack, view billing history, and open the secure Stripe billing portal to manage payment details, invoices, or cancellation.

Email support@handraise.au. Include the email address on your account, the tool you were using, and the run ID if one is visible. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or API keys.
