Terms of Service

Handraise is a trading name of Ajberri Pty Limited (ABN 15 146 964 203). These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and us for your use of the Handraise platform. Please read them. If you use Handraise, you accept them.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. About these terms

By creating an account or using Handraise, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you are using Handraise on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Ajberri Pty Limited, trading as Handraise. "You" means the account holder.

2. The service

Handraise is a set of tools that produce sales research and outreach work for you. Outputs can include a personalised walkthrough video, matched leads, a cited business dossier, or a verified decision-maker contact.

Two things about how it works matter, so we state them plainly:

• The output lands in your dashboard. You review it, and you decide what to do with it.
• Handraise has no send path. We cannot email your prospects, and there is no setting that turns that on. When outreach reaches a prospect, you delivered it yourself, from your own accounts, under your own name. Because you send everything, you see everything first.

We may add, change, or retire tools over time. We will not make a change that removes a tool you rely on without reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

3.1 Plans

Handraise has three subscription plans, priced in Australian dollars and including GST:

• Free: AU$0 per month, with 10 credits per month. No payment details are required.
• Startup: AU$30 per month including GST ($27.27 + $2.73 GST), with 30 credits per month.
• Scale: AU$200 per month including GST ($181.82 + $18.18 GST), with 200 credits per month plus 40 bonus credits added each week.

Credit costs per tool are published before you run them:

• Walkthrough video: 2 credits per walkthrough video.
• Discovered lead: 0.2 credits per discovered lead. Credits are held when you request leads and charged when they are delivered; if fewer leads are delivered than you requested, the difference is refunded to your balance automatically.

Past your plan's included credits, additional credits are pay-as-you-go: 1 credit = AU$1, everywhere, always.

3.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We accept major credit and debit cards. GST is included in the prices shown, and a tax invoice is available for every payment.

3.3 Credit rollover

Unused plan credits roll over to the following month, up to one extra month's worth of your plan's included credits (for example, a cap of 400 credits on Scale). Credits that stay unused expire after two months.

3.4 Top-ups

You can buy additional credits at any time at AU$1 per credit, in packs of 50 ($50), 100 ($100), and 250 ($250), or as a custom amount. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active.

3.5 Failed output

You are only charged for output that is produced. A video that fails to render costs nothing, and the credits are not deducted. A Lead Discovery run that fails or delivers no leads costs nothing. Contact Discovery costs 0.1 credit only when it returns a verified decision-maker email. If something goes wrong on our side, it costs nothing.

3.6 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the period ends. Unused credits are not refunded on cancellation.

3.7 Rate changes

If we change the subscription price or credit costs, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to you. Credits you have already bought keep their value. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of Handraise is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:

• You must not import, upload, buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.
• Every prospect you contact must have a lawful basis for being contacted.
• You must identify yourself honestly and never misrepresent who a message is from.
• You must honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests immediately.
• You must comply with the Spam Act 2003 and all other laws that apply to your outreach.

Because you deliver outreach through your own channels, you are the sender under the Spam Act 2003 and are responsible for meeting its requirements in every message you send.

5. Your content and intellectual property

5.1 Your outputs and outreach

The videos, lead lists, research dossiers, contact results, and outreach content you create using Handraise are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to promote Handraise without your permission.

5.2 Our platform

The Handraise software, design, brand, and our Australian business database remain the intellectual property of Ajberri Pty Limited and its licensors. Your subscription lets you use the platform; it does not transfer any ownership of it, and it does not let you export or resell the underlying database. These terms grant you no licence to our trademarks or branding.

6. Data and privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy. The key points:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your prospects' data.
• Prospect data comes from our Australian business index, public registers, business websites, and approved providers of published business information.
• When Contact Discovery is available, contact values it returns must be published business information and verified, not guessed or inferred.
• We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law

We provide Handraise with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we provide it "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, that the law (including the Australian Consumer Law) implies or imposes and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for breach of such a guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

8. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 7, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of Handraise.
• We are not responsible for how you use the output Handraise produces, or for outreach you deliver through your own channels.
• Our total liability to you for any claim connected with Handraise is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using Handraise and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to by law. Except where a breach requires immediate action to prevent harm, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix the problem. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability, and governing law) continue.

10. Dispute resolution

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@handraise.au. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it between us, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of New South Wales. Nothing here stops you from making a complaint to a regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where you are entitled to.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Handraise after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a related entity or a successor of the business. These terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the platform.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
