Terms of Service

Handraise is a trading name of AJBERRI PTY LIMITED (ABN 15 146 964 203). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Handraise platform.

1. The Service

Handraise provides a platform for creating and sending personalised video outreach messages. The platform includes tools for prospect matching, video recording, human review, and message delivery.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Plan

Handraise offers a single subscription plan:

  • Price: AU$200 per month including GST ($181.82 + $18.18 GST).
  • Included credits: 200 credits per month.
  • Credits per video: 5 credits per walkthrough video.
  • 1 credit = AU$1, everywhere, always.

2.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

2.3 Credit rollover

Unused credits roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 400 credits (one extra month). Credits expire after two months of non-use.

2.4 Top-ups

Additional credits may be purchased at AU$1 per credit in packs of 50 ($50), 100 ($100), and 250 ($250), or via custom amount. Top-up credits do not expire.

2.5 Failed output

A video that fails to render or fails our human review costs nothing. You are only charged for output that ships.

2.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No minimum term applies. Upon cancellation, unused credits are forfeited.

2.7 Rate changes

If subscription rates change, you will receive 30 days' notice. Credits already purchased retain their value.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of Handraise is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key obligations include:

  • You must not import or upload purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • Every contact must have a lawful basis for being contacted.
  • You must not misrepresent the sender of any message.
  • You must comply with the Spam Act 2003 and all applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Videos

The video content you create using Handraise is your intellectual property. Handraise claims no ownership of your videos.

4.2 Platform

Handraise's software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of AJBERRI PTY LIMITED. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or branding.

5. Data and Privacy

The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key principles:

  • We do not sell or rent your data or your prospects' data.
  • We implement technical and organisational security measures.
  • We comply with the Privacy Act 1988.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Handraise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • AJBERRI PTY LIMITED's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding a claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You will be notified of any suspension and given an opportunity to remedy the breach.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
