How it works, four steps

Your profile sets the target

Leads are matched against the business profile you build at onboarding - who you sell to, in your own words. A short focus note can steer a single run.

Candidates come from our own database

Our database is an index of about 1.5 million Australian businesses, built and run by the same team. Leads you have already received are excluded before the search starts.

Each candidate is researched

Every candidate is qualified against your profile, with evidence read from its own website. Weak matches are dropped, not padded in - a shortfall is refunded instead.

The list lands with you

Each delivered lead carries why it matches, an opening angle, and evidence quotes. You decide how to reach out - Handraise sends nothing.

What you get per lead

Each lead is an Australian business: its name, website, category and location, why it matches your profile, an opening angle for your first message, and evidence quoted from the lead's own website - so you can check the reasoning before you spend a minute on outreach.

Leads are company-level only. This version carries no contact details - no emails, no names, no phone numbers. You decide how to reach out, and Handraise sends nothing.

Never the same lead twice

A lead you have already received is never repeated - not in the next run, not months later. It is enforced by the database, not a setting: every delivered lead is recorded against your account, and that record blocks repeats permanently.

Where the data comes from

Leads come from our own database, an index of about 1.5 million Australian businesses, built and run by the same team that builds Handraise. Not a resold global list with a country filter.

Credit cost

Each delivered lead costs 0.2 credits (AU$0.20). Credits are held when you ask and captured when your leads are delivered. If fewer qualifying leads exist than you asked for, the difference is refunded automatically. A failed run costs nothing.

Worked example: ask for 50 leads and 10 credits are held. If 40 qualify, 8 credits are captured and 2 credits come straight back.

  • What exactly is a lead?
    An Australian business matched to your ideal customer profile: its name, website, category and location, why it matches you, an opening angle for your first message, and evidence quoted from its own website.
  • Do leads come with contact details?
    No. Leads are company-level in this version - no emails, no names, no phone numbers. You decide how to reach out, from your own accounts. That is deliberate: it keeps the tool clear of contact-data handling entirely.
  • Can I get the same lead twice?
    No. A lead you have already received is excluded from every later run, permanently. The rule is enforced by the database, not a setting, so it cannot be switched off or drift.
  • What if fewer leads match than I asked for?
    You get the leads that genuinely match, and the difference is refunded automatically. We don't pad a list with weak matches to hit a number.
  • Does Handraise contact the leads?
    No. Handraise has no send path. The list lands in your dashboard, and every approach is made by you, from your own accounts, under your own name.
