How sending works

Handraise sends from your own email account (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) - most businesses already have one, and mail from your real domain is treated better than mail from a throwaway. We cap daily volume, watch your sending health, and pause automatically if bounces or complaints spike - before it becomes your problem.

  • What's a credit worth?
    Always AU$1, GST included. In the plan, in every top-up, no exceptions.
  • What does a video cost?
    5 credits, published, same for every customer.
  • Why is the smallest step $200?
    Because one cold video is a misleading sample - a campaign is the unit that produces a meeting. $200 buys a real month's test: 40 videos. There's no lock-in, so the real smallest step is one month. And you can watch a real example on this site for free before paying anything.
  • What happens if I run out mid-month?
    Sending pauses and you're notified. It never auto-charges you. Top up in one click, or switch on auto-top-up if you'd rather (it's off by default).
  • Do unused credits roll over?
    Yes, up to one extra month's worth (a 400-credit cap on the $200 plan).
  • Do you charge per seat, or extra for data?
    No. This is the whole price.
  • A new tool ships - do I need a new plan?
    No. New tools spend from the same balance at their own published rate, in the same table above.
  • Do you sell my data, or my prospects' data?
    No. Plain answer: no. The longer answer is in the Privacy Policy.
