How you use the work

Handraise doesn't send anything on your behalf. The tools hand you finished work - videos to share, leads to qualify and research to act on - and you use it wherever your conversations already happen: your email, your LinkedIn, your phone.

Frequently asked questions

  • What's a credit worth?
    In pay-as-you-go top-ups a credit is always AU$1, GST included - no bulk bonus, no small-pack penalty. Plan credits are included in your subscription.
  • What does a video cost?
    2 credits, published, same for every customer.
  • What does a lead cost?
    0.2 credits per delivered lead, held when you ask and captured when your leads arrive. If fewer leads qualify than you asked for, the difference is refunded automatically, and a failed run costs nothing.
  • What does Business Research cost?
    1 credit per accepted dossier. Credits are captured only after the dossier passes its quality checks.
  • What does Contact Discovery cost?
    0.1 credit per verified decision-maker email is the planned price. Contact Discovery is still in development and is not yet available.
  • Is the Free plan actually free?
    Yes - 10 credits a month, no card required. It exists so you can see real output on your own prospects before paying anything.
  • How do the Scale weekly bonus credits work?
    Scale includes 200 credits a month plus 40 bonus credits each week, added automatically. Bonus credits spend exactly like plan credits.
  • What happens if I run out mid-month?
    Tool runs pause and you're notified. It never auto-charges you. Top up in one click, or switch on auto-top-up if you'd rather (it's off by default).
  • Do unused credits roll over?
    Yes, up to one extra month's worth of your plan's included credits (a 400-credit cap on Scale).
  • Do you charge per seat, or extra for data?
    No. The plan price is the whole price.
  • A new tool ships - do I need a new plan?
    No. New tools spend from the same balance at their own published rate, in the same table above.
  • Do you sell my data, or my prospects' data?
    No. Plain answer: no. The longer answer is in the Privacy Policy.

Scale is the biggest plan. Past it, credits are pay-as-you-go - there is no enterprise tier to ask about.
