A considered client workflow
The client offer
Make the service and customer profile specific.
The account review
Keep observations and their public sources together.
The work to share
Review one relevant asset against the client’s standards.
Illustrative process. Review public evidence and your own circumstances.
Make the offer specific
An agency may represent several services and several client markets. Begin with a clear profile for the work you intend to deliver. A broad description of the agency is less useful than a concrete view of the service relevant to this prospect.
Give the reviewer the evidence
A shortlist should explain why each business belongs on it. Keep the business facts, source links and opening angle together so an account lead can review the reasoning before a client conversation.
Prepare one considered asset
A dossier or walkthrough can help explain a specific observation. Review the work and decide whether it fits the client’s standards. Handraise does not send, and the example workflow below is not a claim about a real customer campaign.
Example agency workflow
A fictional studio defines a customer profile, reviews five candidate businesses, chooses one for deeper research and drafts a short website observation. The account lead decides whether to use it. This is a worked example, not a customer case study.
Illustrative review process. This does not represent a real prospect or customer outcome.
Before you move on
- Define the service and customer profile
- Review the shortlist with source evidence
- Keep client claims within the evidence
- Choose your own delivery workflow
